Hi, I’m Marla Kay! Welcome to my little corner of the internet, where we explore all things natural, healthy, and simple. I’m a mom of four busy athletes, so life is always on the go — but I’ve learned the importance of taking a pause, embracing natural wellness, and creating a healthier home for my family.
As a certified yoga instructor and mindful meditation practitioner, I’ve always been passionate about balance and wellness, but my journey into natural living took on new importance when I began dealing with autoimmune issues a few years ago. I’m thankful to be in remission now, but the experience taught me the value of living cleaner, reducing toxins in my environment, and taking better care of myself and my family through nature-based remedies.
Over the years, I’ve completed several herbalism and holistic wellness courses, deepening my understanding of herbs, remedies, and natural solutions that actually work. My approach is realistic, research-backed, and always focused on helping busy women find simple, sustainable ways to feel better — without gimmicks or overwhelm.
Why Natural Living?
When you have four teenagers running around — especially when they’re all involved in sports — keeping up with everything can feel overwhelming. But as I began researching the everyday products we were using, I realized how many unnecessary chemicals were hiding in plain sight. I knew I had to make a change, not just for me but for my family’s health as well. That’s when I really dove into the world of natural living, and it’s been a game-changer for us.
